Refund Policy

At Compass & Summit Leadership Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that our products and services are delivered with due care and fit for their intended purpose.
1. Online Courses and Digital Products
Because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except as required under the ACL (e.g. if the product is defective or not as described).
If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. In-Person Courses, Workshops, and Expeditions
- Cancellations by participants:
- 60+ days before the start: Full refund less 10% admin fee.
- 30–59 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before: No refund (transfer to another date may be offered at our discretion). - Cancellations by Compass & Summit:
If we cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, facilitator illness), you will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to another session.
3. Coaching and Consulting
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance are non-refundable.
